當前各類設計獎項繁多，公信力、專業性、權威性日益下降。創建中國自己的“紅點獎”、“普利茲克獎”，已成為設計界的共識。

Todaythere’replentyvarietiesofdesignawards,socredibility,specialtyandauthorityhavebecomeincreasinglydeclined.Hence,tocreateChina’sown“RedDotAward”and“PulitzerPrize”ha**ecometheconsensusinthedesigncircle.

因5只貓設計新聞網一向宣導設計的先鋒性和公信力，通過與國際設計界有代表性的設計名師的溝通合議，由5只貓召集，創立“全球先鋒設計大獎”別具意義，該獎項將在全球範圍內選拔當年度“先鋒設計”作品，激發和鼓勵那些熱愛設計、持之以恆並富有才華的優異設計師。

由於本次獎項是在中國設立，因此獎項命名為“全球先鋒設計(中國)大獎”，從中國出發，隨著日後逐步發展，將逐漸擴展為從世界範圍內甄選出優秀設計。

由香港註冊的協會——全球先鋒設計協會（CertificateNo.HK.60777754-001-12-12-2）發起，旨在全球範圍內激勵和表彰富有優異才華的頂尖設計和先鋒設計的一項國際賽事。該獎項由5只貓設計新聞網為主體，成立全球先鋒設計(中國)大獎組委會與評審委員會。

參賽要求：2010年1月至2013年6月，竣工專案，學生組可提交設計方案專案。

參賽方式：EntryMethod:

1.通過登陸5只貓網站（https://www.5cats.cc）下載並填寫“首屆2013全球先鋒設計(中國)大獎報名申請表”，在2013年6月30日前，以電郵的方式提交材料。須提交材料包括：

1.Downloadandfillout“ApplicationFormoftheFirstGlobalPioneerDesign(China)Awardsin2013”fromthewebsiteof5Cats(https://www.5cats.cc)andsendthematerial**yemailbeforeJune30th,2013.Thematerialsthatshallbesubmittedinclude:

①按照要求填寫完畢的報名申請表；

①Theapplicationformfilledoutinaccordancewiththerequirements;

②參賽作品圖片（5-10幅圖片；jpg格式；每張圖片的精度不大於2兆）；

②Picturesoftheentry(5to10pictures;jpgformat;theimageprecisionofeachpictureisnothigherthan2megabit);

③參賽作品的平面圖（1-3幅圖片；jpg格式；每張圖片的精度不大於2兆）；

③Planoftheentry(1to3pictures;jpgformat;theimageprecisionofeachpictureisnothigherthan2megabit);

④參賽方有效的聯繫方式（電話及電郵。為賽事公正起見，所以本次賽事無需參賽者提交的資料中注明曾經是否獲得過獎項以及獲得過哪些獎項等資訊。專業評委完全根據參賽者對參賽的設計作品進行評分。參賽方報名時獲得一個編號）；

④Effectivecontactinformationofthecontestant(telephonenumberandemailaddress.Thecontestantsarenotrequiredtonoteiftheyhavegotanyprizesorawards,orwhatprizesorawardshavetheygotinthematerialssubmittedforfairnessoftheevent.Theprofessionaljudgeswillscorepurelyinaccordancewiththeentriesofthecontestants.Eachcontestantwillgetanumberwhenenteringthecompetition);

⑤大獎作品提交截止6月30日；

⑤Closingdateforapplicationsis30th日期：2013年June2013.

⑥在獲獎名單公佈之後(2013年9月19日)，向組委會補齊獲獎者詳細資料。

⑥Theaward-winnersshallcompletetheirdetailedinformationtotheOrganizingCommitteeafterthepublishingofnamelistofaward-winners(September19th,2013).

2.允許參賽者以團隊名義參賽，但在競賽過程中，亦被視為與個體參賽設計師資格平等；以個人或團體身份參賽經由參賽者自我資料提交後不得更改；

2.It’sallowedthatthecontestantsenterthecompetitionasateam.However,ateamwillbedeemedtohaveequalqualificationsasanindividualcontestantdesignerinthecompetition;itmustnotbechangedthatifthecontestantsenterthecompetitionasindividualsorateamafterthesubmissionofpersonalmaterials;

3.允許每個參賽者提供多份作品參賽，但每份參賽作品均需提交包含上述內容的參評材料；

3.Eachcontestantcouldsubmitmorethanoneentry,buttheenteringmaterialscontainingthecontent**entionedaboveshouldbesubmittedforeachentry;

4.主辦方將對參賽作品材料進行形式審查，不完整、不正確或不符合參評要求的參評材料將視為無效，主辦方有權取消任何未能提交完整參評材料或者提交的參評材料不符合本規則要求的參評者的參評資格；

4.Thesponsorwillchecktheformatofthematerialsofentriesandtheenteringmaterialsthatareincomplete,incorrectordon’tmeettheenteringrequirementswillbedeemedinvalid.Thesponsorhastherighttodisqualifyanyenteringqualificationsofcontestantswhofailedtosubmitcompleteenteringmaterialsorsubmittedenteringmaterialsthatdon’tmeettherequirementsofthisregulation;

5.參評者在提交作品時，請選擇所屬的類別，無法確定，或專案功能無法歸屬在現在的類別時，可由組委會來決定所屬類別。

②評審：2013年7月1日-8月31日，由全球先鋒設計(中國)大獎組委會將參賽作品以電郵形式提交至各國家的評審專家，每個評委根據參賽作品的設計水準進行評審打分，滿分為10分，由高分到低分，產生獲獎名單；

②Review:GlobalPioneerDesign(China)AwardsOrganizingCommitteewillsubmittheentriestothereviewexpertsindifferentcountrie**yemailfromJuly1st,2013toAugust31st,2013.Eachjudgewillreviewandscoretheentriesaccordingtothedesignlevels.Thefullmarksare10points.Theaward-winnerswillbeselectedaccordingtothescores;

③2013年9月19日，5只貓（https://www.5cats.cc）公佈獲獎名單。

【普遍規則】[GeneralRule]

寧缺毋濫。

因此，在各設計獎項類別的專業評委認為該獎項不具備獲得該獎項的專業資格時，如：金獎、銀獎、銅獎，以及年度優異設計師獎時，則該獎項可出現空缺；以上情況，是全球先鋒設計(中國)大獎組委會視為可以允許出現的狀況。

本次賽事不舉辦集體形式的頒獎典禮；

大獎組委會將負責快遞獲獎證書予參賽者；

TheAwardsOrganizingCommitteewillberesponsibleforsendingtheawardcertificatestothecontestant**yexpressdelivery;

年度優異設計師獎獲獎者將獲得一枚國際評委簽名的獎盤；

ThewinnerofAnnualExcellentDesignerwillgetamedalwithsignaturesofthejudgesonit.(Themedalwillbesenttoeachjudgeforsignaturebyglobalexpressdelivery);

大獎組委會將護送此枚獎章至年度優異設計師獎獲得者的設計公司進行頒授。或根據獲獎者提議的接受獎項頒授儀式地點的意願，如選擇在自己獲獎設計專案的現場或其他富有紀念意義的場地等，頒獎地點由獲獎者在10月19日前提交至全球先鋒設計獎組委會審批，之後予以頒授。

1.主辦方擁有參賽作品的版權免費使用權（用於5只貓網宣傳展示等）；

2.參評者參加本次大獎的任何一個環節或全部，即視為已完全瞭解並完全接受包括本規則及其解釋在內的各項條宣傳展示款；

2.Thecontestantisdeemedtounderstandandacceptallthepublicityanddisplayarticlesincludingthisregulationanditsexplanationscompletelyifhe/shetakespartinanypartoforthewholecompetition;

3.如有其他方對參賽作品提出知識產權方面的爭議，由參賽者自行處理並承擔一切法律責任，如主辦方因此而被捲入糾紛，所造成的一切損失，概由參賽者承擔；

3.Ifotherpartiesdisputeabouttheintellectualpropertyoftheentries,thecontestantsshalldealwithitontheirownandbearallthelegalliabilities.Ifthesponsorisinvolvedinthedisputebecauseofthis,thecontestantsshallbearallthelosscausedtothesponsor;
